RMB yafunze ibigo 13 byacukuraga amabuye y′agaciro muburyo butanoze

Ikigo Gishinzwe Mine, Peteroli na Gazi mu Rwanda (RMB) cyatangaje ko cyahagaritse ibigo ibigo 13 by’ubucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro birimo ibitazongererwa impunshya, kubera amakosa byagaragaweho arimo ayo kutubahiriza umutekano w’abacukuzi.

Bikubiye mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze n’ubuyobozi bw’iki Kigo kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 13 Ugushyingo 2023, rivuga ko iki cyemezo gishingiye ku “makosa akomeje kubaho” ajyanye no kubahiriza umutekano, amabwiriza y’ibidukikije, no kubahiriza itegeko ry’umurimo.

RMB ikomeza igira iti “Uyu munsi hagendewe ku mategeko, RMB yahagaritse cyangwa itegeka ko hatazabaho ivugururwa ry’impushya z’ibigo 13 bikurikira kubera amakosa akomeye amaze iminsi aba.”

Ibi bigo byahagaritswe cyangwa bikaba bitazavugururirwa impushya; ni Africome International, Better Generation and Machinery Limited, Cooperative Abahizi, TMT Limited, Cooperative KOPAMU, Soremi Intego Limited, SEAVMC Limited, DEMICARU Limited, Mushishiro Mining Company Limited, ndetse n’ikigo cya Hard Metal Limited

RMB ikomeza ivuga ko hari izindi kompanyi zagaragaweho amakosa akomeye, na zo zahawe umuburo w’integuza wo kuzifungira, zinasabwa kugaragaza ibyo zakoze zikosora ayo makosa mu gihe kitarenze ibyumweru bibiri. Iri tangazo rigakomeza rigira riti “Ibitazabyubahiriza, bizahagarikirwa impushya.”

RMB isaba ibindi bigo gukomeza kurushaho kunoza ibikorwa byabyo, ivuga ko hari ibikabakaba 150 bikora neza birimo n’ibisanzwe ari iby’abashoramari b’imbere mu Rwanda.

Iki cyemezo gifashwe nyuma y’iminsi micye, hakomeje kuba impanuka z’ibirombe bigwira abakozi bacukura amabuye y’agaciro, bamwe bakahasiga ubuzima, barimo batandatu babukoreraga mu kirombe cyo Murenge wa Rwinkwavu mu Karere ka Kayonza, bagwiriwe n’ikirombe mu cyumweru gishize, bagahita bahasiga ubuzima.

Mu kwezi gushize kandi, ikindi kirombe cyo mu Murenge wa Rukara mu Karere ka Kayonza, na cyo cyari cyagwiriye abantu babiri, bo banabuze, hagafatwa icyemezo cyo kuhashyira ikimenyetso ko ari ho baguye.
